2025 Wegmans Amore Italian Restaurant & Lounge Gift Card Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES

  • No purchase necessary to enter. Beginning 11/14/2025, Wegmans will post “It’s an Amore Gift Card Giveaway” on Instagram.
  • Customers may enter by liking this Instagram post, tagging a friend in the comments on this post, sharing this Instagram post to their Instagram story, tagging @wegmansamore, and following our other restaurants, @wegmansnextdoorroc and @wegmansnextdoornyc, on Instagram.
  • Limit one (1) winner per household. A single entry consists of: a completed like, tag, sharing this post to your Instagram story, tagging @wegmansamore in your Instagram story, and following our other restaurants, @wegmansnextdoorroc and @wegmansnextdoornyc, on Instagram. Customer may tag more than one friend, and each tag will count as an additional entry. Wegmans reserves the right to limit, without prior notice, the number of entries that may be made by one (1) person per day.
  • Entries cannot be copied, duplicated or mechanically reproduced. Illegible entries will be disqualified.
  • Wegmans does not assume any responsibility for lost, late or misdirected mail or entries not forwarded to headquarters in time for entry selection, for computer system, phone line, technical, hardware, software, program or server failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or any other difficulties which are human or technical in nature.
  • Employees of Wegmans, Instagram, and Meta Platforms, Inc., their parent companies, subsidiaries, their affiliates, and immediate family and others living in the same household are not eligible.
  • The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Livingston County, Genesee County, Monroe County, Ontario County, Orleans County, and Wayne County in the State of New York.
  • Must be at least 18 years or older to participate.
  • Prize is as stated in promotional literature and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash or other merchandise.
  • Prize will be awarded as follows: One (1) Prize: $100 Amore Gift Card. Total value of prize: $100.00. Wegmans reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if a prize stated becomes unavailable.
  • To qualify, entries (as required by these official rules) must be received by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on 11/21/2025.
  • Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about 11/24/2025, by Wegmans officials whose decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.
  • Winner will be notified by Instagram direct message (DM). In the event Wegmans is unable to contact a potential winner despite diligent efforts to do so or the potential winner does not claim the prize within period specified, an alternate winner will be chosen. Winner is required to pick up prize at Amore by Wegmans restaurant located at 1750 East Avenue, Rochester, New York 14610.
  • Winners are required to sign a Winner Sheet/Release Form and provide their address. If applicable may be required to provide their Social Security Number for tax purposes when prize is claimed within the time Wegmans specifies. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
  • Entries submitted for this contest will become the intellectual property of Wegmans.
  • Winner is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
  • Any and all disputes relating to this promotion or any prize shall be subject to the internal laws of the State of New York and exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in the state or federal courts located in Rochester, New York.
